SAP EWM Team Lead (SE-10029)
Enterprise Application Services (EAS) Globe Parts Team Lead is responsible for assisting the business with the design, deployment and application support of SAP EWM solutions. Manages and leads a team of employees and external consultants of his / her own organization.
As a people manager, you are responsible for supporting the success of not only your direct reports, but the success of all employees within the larger team you are a part by helping to identify development opportunities and supporting team members to achieve their goals. Coach to clarify assignments and deliverables to her / his team.
Review quality of work and manage integration of team members’ work.
Provide performance input to project team members’ functional management.
Build action plans and makes operational decisions on policies, tactics, and resources critical to the function’s business success to ensure delivery against strategy of the function or team.
Ensures the company’s strategy roll-out into her / his own team.
As a functional lead, you are responsible for assisting Business of his / her functional domain with the design and deployment of their SAP solutions. As functional experts, He/ She will help lead the Business in the build, testing and deployment of their SAP solution and associated business processes.
Proactively acts to understand business needs and offer solutions that align across business units; responsible for the vision of teams; strategic understanding of how his / her team contributes to the business strategy.
Assist with all aspects of a deployment including (but not limited to): requirements gathering, process configuration, documenting process flows, user interface configuration, user and supplier set-up and testing support.
Has deployment responsibilities include assisting customers throughout the various deployment phases.
Act as a liaison between the business and various groups within her / his own domain
Support cross topics / integration outside of his/her management scope both in project delivery and application support
Cover Application Support of his own his / her domain.
Responsible for customer satisfaction during the successful deployment of solutions.
Establish credibility as a conduit for solutions expertise with Businesses and is seen as an expert.
Domain Solution Expertise
Must have at least 15 years of experience in SAP EWM Module. At least 10 years of experience in 3 -5 full life cycles of SAP hands-on EWM configuration experience
Must have at least 5 years of experience in SAP WM Module. At least 5 years of experience in 1-2 full life cycles of SAP hands-on WM configuration experience

Support the blueprinting process, gathering customer requirements and expectations (BRD process)

Assist customers in the development of processes and procedures which leverage SAP solution functionality / template being deployed.
Influence the opinions and decisions of Businesses, leveraging SAP best practices
Assist EAS projects through the lifecycle of an SAP implementation
Ensure respective team resolves incidents and complete service requests to the agreed service levels (SLA)
Schedule team activities, monitor team performance, provide responsive team action to issues maintaining high-level internal customer satisfaction to required service level performance measures, through the successful resolution of customer requests/issues/change requests.
Oversight activities of her / his domain
Successfully execute tasks and activities at all project phases and build an exemplary track record in providing customer satisfaction.
Ensures individual and team compliance with all policies and procedures including Sarbanes Oxley, IT and Security. Follow established governance processes and standards.

– Bachelor’s degree in business/computer sciences or Master’s degree in any science
– A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the domain as consultant / consulting background and/ or experience in shared service centers
– Industry expertise in automotive/ heavy manufacturing / spare parts
– Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops with strong facilitation and presentation skills
– Demonstrated ability to pro-actively identify project risks and issues and to solve them applying strong analytical and problem solving skills
– Ability to travel globally 40%.
