Our multinational client is a leading provider of IT infrastructure services for which we look for new candidates to German Speaking Vendor Opportunity Associate position.

What you’ll be doing:

The Vendor Opportunity Associate is responsible for the end to end management of vendor deal registration programs for France, Belgium and/or Germany. This is a varied role from working with the sales team to ensure deals are registered in a timely manner, through to managing vendor approvals and capturing success rates. You would be located in Budapest as a part of an international team.

Opportunity Registration Management:
Responsible for the end to end opportunity registration process, this includes:
– Advices on mechanisms to maximise the commercial benefit for the company from timely and accurate registrations of opportunities
– Creates, maintains and manages deal registrations with selected manufacturers
– Declares price protection and allocation of supplier funds
– Updates appropriate partner tools for opportunity registrations
– Undertakes initial appeals where registrations have failed or rejected by vendors

What you need to have:

– You have degree in Commerce/Economics/Business related fields
– You have at least 1 years of experience in multinational environment preferably in a comparable commercial activity
– You are fluent in German, and have good command of English
– You have sound knowledge of MS-Office and Knowledge of SAP
– You developed interpersonal skills: supplier relations, sales relations, relations with other internal departments
– You can easily understand wider landscape and effects on other parts of the business and other stakeholders
– You have distinctive organisational strength and ability to work with tight deadlines
– You are able to create valuable performance metrics and processes to capture data
– You have effective communication skills with regard to leading conversations and presentations
– You have high self-motivation and ability to work independently, experience in working in international and remotely managed teams is a big advantage
