Our partner company is searching for a candidate for an Administrative Sales and Customer Support position.

Purpose of the Job:

Responsible for the Customer Service activities supporting regional distributors and local office in Hungary. Establish professional relationship with sales responsibles, distributors and local counterparts to facilitate management of orders/invoices, returns and sales admin acitivities, all in accordance with internal quality procedures and local instructions.

What you’ll be doing:

Order Management

• Responsible for accepting, reviewing, processing and dispatching customer orders/invoices which are received by e-mail, fax, post or telephone

Return Management

• Follow up on product complaints within specified time frames
• Seek approval for and make the necessary credit notes/warranties
• Returning/replacing of faulty programmers, capital equipment, service parts


• Ensure critical data is maintained in the system (Customer master, master comments and prices)
• Consistently provide relevant paperwork i. e. , packing lists, proforma invoices, quotations
• Provide ad hoc and periodical sales reports needed for Sales Representatives and /or Customers
• Provide documents for the public tender


• Ensure accurate tracking of medical devices via correct system processing and updates
• Ensure adequate stock counts in main and consignment locations (if applicable)
• Understand and continuously improve QA procedures
• Follow up on PER (Product Event Reporting) cases
• Drive/Assist communication and follow up of Advisory Notice cases
• Establish and evaluate service levels for above activities

What you need to have:

• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word an Outlook – working with shared mailboxes)
• English- high level, written and spoken
• Knowledge at least 1 additional languages as asset
• Excellent communication/telephone skills required
