Our client is a prestigious multinational company with worldwide presence, for which we look for a HRSS Senior Manager.

What you’ll be doing:

• Be responsible for comprehensive HR personnel administration service for CE countries (employment contracts, other HR documents)
• Responsible for manage the team members across CE countries. Currently the team is supporting from Poland, France, Germany, Hungary, Lithuania & Latvia
• Responsible for workforce planning, staffing, ensures required skills, competencies and capacity of the team
• Manage performance of the team and responsible for the team service delivery outcomes while working according to defined standards
• Manage stakeholders within the markets, business groups and enabling functions and acts as the escalation point for complaints
• Actively identifies improvements according to LEAN ways of working, drives & participates in LEAN process improvement activities; triggers initiatives to assure continuous improvement
• Align with all other departments / COEs / SMEs to deliver consistent and simplified HR processes
• Ensure performance of 3rd party provider is monitored, managed and that process issues and other business requirements are effectively handled to manage compliance/Consequences
• Responsible to provide required performance dashboard on a regular basis
• Liaise with the Global HR teams and assist with the streamlining of HR processes and centralizing
• Support HR leaders to execute regional HR programs
• Will be travelling between CE countries as required
• Be responsible for optimization of personnel administration processes in the company in accordance with current needs

What you need to have:

• Knowledge of European Labor market
• Degree (preferably Master) in HR or related fields
• Prior experience in HR operations or shared services organizations
• Min. 5 years of experience in an international and matrix organization
• Fluent in English (both oral and in writing)
• Experience with transformations, change management, stakeholder management
• Lean, Six Sigma, other Operational Excellence experienced person
• Ability to build a service oriented and performance driven culture
• Ability to manage change within a regional organization
• Influential skills to drive results cross-functionally and in a matrix organization
• Excellent people management & staff development skills
• Experience in working with different HR systems will be an advantage
