What you’ll be doing:

As Billing Manager, you will be in charge of:
– keep contact with other Telco operators from all over the world
– have full ownership on end to end billing of your own customer portfolio
– receive invoices from our customers that you need to validate in order to ensure that the costs occured are valid
– ensure that customer and supplier disputes are investigated, discrepancies are picked up and resolved in a timely manner
– arrange settlements: initiate payments or collect outstanding amounts to and from carriers within the given timeframes
– build and maintain outstanding relationship with both internal and external customers and provide excellent customer experience

What you need to have:

Soft skills:
– Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements
– Focusing on the objectives and the required outcomes of the processes during delivering a service
– Working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group settings to achieve common goals
– The ability to convey information to someone effectively and efficiently while creating a good first impression and engaging the audience
– Ability to comprehend and to systematically organize the various aspects of a problem or situation
– Taking the responsibility and takes care of the consequences of making a decision
– Acting in advance of a future situation, e.g. making things happen, putting energy to solve the situation

Language skills:
– English on a fluent level
– Also, French or Dutch or German or Italian or Spanish on a fluent level is an advantage
