Our client is a multinational financial company. We are looking for the following opened position: Talent Mobility Project Coordinator for a fixed term assignment .

What you’ll be doing:

– Work with the leaders of the business groups and Talent Mobility Partner to support mobility decision making processes that align with business objectives and the firm’s talent agenda
– Track and facilitate discussions between business leaders and external vendors
– Gather data for initiations and applications and ensure data are tracked and updated in a consistent and accurate manner
– Leads/Drives regular interlock/engagement with the business and external vendors to ensure cases are progressing as planned and proactively notify colleagues to ensure that business requirements are met
– Build organizational partnerships with internal stakeholders to facilitate the timely tracking and reporting of moves
– Utilize data and metrics to assess overall effectiveness and ROI of the mobility program for specific business groups and identify new opportunities for policy and practice development
– Engages with various internal teams, such as tax, payroll, contactHR, Business Partners and HR Consultants
– Work with external vendors on items such as immigration counsel, tax and accounting, relocation management
– Ad hoc project work in the Talent Mobility area as well as interdepartmental collaboration to harmonize our processes

What skills you need to have:

– 3-5 years of experience in a corporate global mobility role, international HR function or consulting firm; particularly focused on tracking and reporting needs
– Experience of managing business travelers
