On behalf of our multinational partner, we are searching for candidates for the following position: IT Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

– Ensures all Service Level, deliverable and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) commitments relevant to the defined Service Desk scope are consistently met
– Participates in SDO LT and other relevant stakeholder meetings by establishing key operational and professional relationships with appropriate internal stakeholders and teams to facilitate effective IT/business relationships.
– Manages user perception and expectations
– Ensures the defined scope is understood and respected by the Service Desk teams and the Roche groups within scope of service
– In conjunction with the SD Leadership, takes accountability for Service Level Objectives with the Roche-internal partner units / countries.
– Applies and provides operational risk management strategies including delivery processes and procedures.
– Define and implement operational efficiency improvement based on End User Satisfaction Survey (EUSS)
– Manages the internal relationships required to deliver our service obligations and provide leadership, manages and mentors the career development of SDO staff
– Conduct Internal – Service Improvement Team Meetings
– Conduct Internal – Service Desk Checkpoint Meetings
– Manage Status Reviews and Reports
– Conduct External – Stakeholder Committee Review
– Form External – Program Management Committee
– Form Internal – Program Planning Committee
– Manage Audits

Requirements:

– Excellent English verbal and written skills , German is advantageous
– Solid organizational and time-management skills
– Independent: run the Delivery organization as an own business
– Stress resistant
– Masters or Bachelor degree
– At least 10 years experience in IT management in an IT services organizations
– Client-focused, resourceful, taking initiative, pro-active
– Commercial, proven track record of building relationships
– Results driven; analytical and a good negotiator
