Our shared service client is a leading provider of IT infrastructure services for which we look for new candidates to a German Speaking Senior Customer Service Representative position.

About the function & the role…

To expand our Customer Service Centre, we are looking for motivated and reliable colleagues to help us deliver our services to internal and external customers. We are looking for young professionals who would like to start their career with us as well as for experienced and senior colleagues.

Your future tasks will be…

Reliable operation of Ticket-, Ordering- and planning-Tools (BMC Remedy, SAP, Blue Martini), training will be provided
Measuring the team KPI’s and suggesting further improvements, reporting KPI to management
Ensuring continuous high-quality customer service is provided by the team.
Creating and maintaining team shift plans
Responsibility for the continuous development of the team
Mentoring and training of team members
Responsible for the maintenance of the knowledge base
Acting as a team leader when required
Acting as an escalation point and escalating forward to management if required

You are the ideal candidate if…

You are fluent in German and/ or good in English (spoken and written)
You have a minimum five years’ experience with Customer service and confidence in communication with internal and external customers
You have a detailed understanding of IT support and IT Service Management Tools and SAP
You have a working knowledge of Windows 7/10, MS-Office.
You are expert in order processing and SAP operation on transaction level
You demonstrate an organised approach to work with excellent administrative skills
You are process-driven and familiar with working in a structured environment in a large multinational IT organisation
You have leadership skills
You are customer service orientated and you have excellent interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills
You are confident, independent, result-oriented and you can do structured work under pressure
You are able to work under management supervision
You are able to learn new tasks/areas quickly and willing to progress/motivate others
