We are looking for a HR Advisor – UK Onboarding (Fixed term) for one of our heavily expanding international client in Budapest.

What you’ll be doing:

As HR Advisor – UK Onboarding, you will be in charge of:
– In this role you will be responsible for delivery of all on boarding and joining activities across all hire types in the UK.
– Working with Hiring Managers, Senior Recruiters and all candidates to provide advice, direction and support on Recruitment policies and procedures, challenging decisions where appropriate.
– Liaises with other HR teams and Stakeholders to complete joiner and mover processes, diagnose issues and improve handoffs (Pre-employment check, Security, Immigration Team, Payroll, Benefits Providers etc).
– Handle ad-hoc HR related customer queries and requests. Take personal ownership for resolving candidate requests even if these sit outside HR Services remit by working beyond organisational and functional boundaries.
– Owning the continuous improvement mindset and highlighting opportunities to enhance the customer experience and support process improvements.

What you need to have:

Soft skills:
– Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements
– Working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group settings to achieve common goals
– The ability to convey information to someone effectively and efficiently while creating a good first impression and engaging the audience
– Ability to comprehend and to systematically organize the various aspects of a problem or situation
– Taking the responsibility and takes care of the consequences of making a decision
– Acting in advance of a future situation, e.g. making things happen, putting energy to solve the situation is an advantage
– Handling high volumes, excellence in time management and prioritizing is an advantage
– Motivated and passionate about excellent candidate experience is an advantage
– Willing to be adaptable and work in a flexible environment

Professional skills:
– Experience of acting as first point of contact for managers and employees
– Proficient on all MS Office applications in particular Outlook and Excel
– Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in HR is an advantage
– Handling high volumes, excellence in time management and prioritizing is an advantage
– Motivated and passionate about excellent candidate experience is an advantage

Language skills:
– English on a conversational level
