Our multinational partner is currently looking for a Commercial Manager – English + French.

What you’ll be doing:

As Commercial Manager, you will be in charge of:

• Managing the financial and operational performance of the company’s medium-size enterprise customer contract
• Acting as the key commercial contact between the customers, Sales and Service Operations
• End-to-end ownership regarding Profit & Loss Management, Revenue forecast, pricing commercial approval, and contractual obligations, as well as risk and opportunities management
• Managing any commercial matters that may impact the contract margin or customer satisfaction including pricing, ordering and billing aspects
• Being driven by financial and business growth goals and objectives

Soft skills:

• Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements
• Focusing on the objectives and the required outcomes of the processes during delivering a service
• Working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group settings to achieve common goals
• The ability to convey information to someone effectively and efficiently while creating a good first impression and engaging the audience
• Ability to comprehend and to systematically organize the various aspects of a problem or situation
• Taking the responsibility and taking care of the consequences of making a decision
• Acting in advance of a future situation, e.g. making things happen, putting energy to solve the situation
• Independent work and responsibility for self-managed performance
• Excellent in presentation to customer and senior management
• Good sense of negotiation and win-win approach

Professional skills:

• Excellent commercial understanding and problem solving skills with a can-do attitude in a changing environment are a must
• Very good knowledge of MS Office Applications (including intermediate Excel) and agile with complex business processes are a must
• Minimum bachelor degree and 2+ years relevant working experience in B2B customer and business management field are a must
• Interest or experience in finance fields is an advantage
• Contract and business management experience in multinational environment is an advantage

Language skills:

• English on a fluent level is a must
• French on a fluent level is a must
