Our client is a prestigious multinational company with worldwide presence, for which we look for an Project Coding and Reporting Specialist to their Budapest- based business services center.

What you’ll be doing:

As Project Coding Administrator and Reporting Analyst, you will be in charge of:

• PRIME Project Codes – creation, checking the BCE and make pursuit notes to create new codes § manage budget change requests
• Manage and review the unit approval matrix for GS Prime
• Check information on new Project Codes before approving or rejecting
• PRIME Project Codes – management
• Implement requested changes – addition or removal of personnel, increase of budgets
• Opening and closing codes
• Provide regular reporting on coding driven by the requirements of the reporting managers
• Support organisational change projects § monitor code ownership and make changes when applicable
• Ad hoc projects
• Reporting, run OBI reports, prepare management reporting and dashboard data
• Check work for accuracy, identify trends in data
• Organisation change – joiners and leavers and time recording
• Administrative changes to project codes
• Support business cleanse programmes
• Notify the individuals and their line manager to start Time Recording
• To provide support and reporting information on Project Coding; include creation & administration of project codes, monitoring and implementing accurate time recording and reporting on the same
• Provide analysis and reporting to project managers and finance owners to enable them to control spend on their codes
• In given summary highlight items which might be subject for a review
• Follow up on any action considered for our team
• Ensure MIS is presented properly on dashboards and KPIs are in place / measureable so that effective intervention is possible

• Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements
• Focusing on the objectives and the required outcomes of the processes during delivering a service
• Working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group settings to achieve common goals
• The ability to convey information to someone effectively and efficiently while creating a good first impression and engaging the audience
• Ability to work to tight timescales, at pace with accuracy

Professional skills:

• Prime or OBI Experience is an advantage
• Excel is an advantage

Language skills:

• English on a fluent level
