Our multinational partner company is searching for candidates for a Senior Commercial Analyst – English + German position.

What you’ll be doing:

As Senior Commercial Analyst (English+German), you will be in charge of:

– Responsibility for handling recurring and ad-hoc requests from the company’s existing customers and/or our sales and business management teams
– Responsibility for a combination of customer request management, administrative tasks, data management, commercial analysis, asset and technical detail investigation, margin management
– Dedicated to a larger number of smaller size customers and needs to work on a project basis with proper prioritization
– Taking ownership of resolving any issues that may impact customer experience or contract margin by promptly and proactively liaising with the relevant department of the company for swift resolution
– Keeping sales and business management teams informed about the progress of their request via direct contacts and system updates
– Assisting in delivering a number of process or profit improvement initiatives and creating specific reports to support decisions

What you need to have:

Soft skills:

– Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements is a must
– Focusing on the objectives and the required outcomes of the processes during delivering a service is a must
– Working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group settings to achieve common goals is a must
– The ability to convey information to someone effectively and efficiently while creating a good first impression and engaging the audience is a must
– Ability to comprehend and to systematically organize the various aspects of a problem or situation is a must
– Taking the responsibility and takes care of the consequences of making a decision is a must
– Acting in advance of a future situation, e.g. making things happen, putting energy to solve the situation is a must
relevant experience managing and supporting sales transactions is an advantage

Professional skills:

– Very good knowledge of MS Office Applications and agile with complex and large volume of data handling is a must
– Bachelor degree and minimum 2 years relevant working experience in SSC/Customer Service environment is a must
– Interest in telecommunication field is an advantage

Language skills:

– English on a fluent level is a must
– German on a fluent level is a must
