Our client is a prestigious multinational company with worldwide presence, for which we look for a HRSS Administrator.

What you’ll be doing:

Support HR functions in executing processes which have Hungarian language dependencies. This position is part of Hungarian HRSS (HR Shared Service) Team and will report to HRSS Team Leader.

– Provide Multilingual support within HRSS team both in Hungarian and German languages
– Support all HR functions – Onboarding, Benefit Administration, Invoicing, Payroll & other HR activities
– Keeping daily contact with employees/ new joiners via email and phone, follow-up Onboarding activity
– Strong daily cooperation with HRBPs, Recruitment Team, Immigration Team and other business functions within the organization

What you need to have:

– High school degree or Bachelor’s degree
– HR degree is an advantage
– 1-3 years of experience in HR administration
