Our client is a prestigious multinational company with worldwide presence, for which we look for a International Cash Collection, Functional Specialist to their Budapest- based business services center.

What you’ll be doing:

• The role holder will be the Functional and Operational Lead of the International Europe Cash
Collections and Account Receivable. The Team leaders of each cash collection teams will have an
operational dotted line into this role.
• He/She will bring expertise and support the delivery of Cash Collection and Account Receivable
Services in the Global Corporate and SME markets across multiple geographies and respectively to
• The scope of the role includes approximately 3.5 bn revenue per year, generated by 28 countries and
multiple languages.
• The role will include the implementation of the Strategy, Dunning, System and Process alignment
and to set in place new KPI measures to secure a consistent approach to the Customer Facing Units.
• The role holder will support the Collection and AR Team managers to drive performance and ensure
that targets will be met against the Europe working Capital cash flow requirements. While the Teams
will report into a site Lead, the role holder will be required to support the delivery of cash collection
services against scorecard and KPI measures whilst delivering value for money to the business and
providing a first class service to their customer base. The role holder will monitor processes and
operations to secure the High level Cash Collection process and performance
• The role holder will be expected to manage the stake holder relationship such as Chief Financial
Officer for Europe and elaborate on the performance, projects and developments.
• The role holder will report directly to the General Manager International Cash Collection

What you need to have:

• Strong Experience in Collection and Account Receivable
• Strong Experience in the effective performance management and governance
• Strong experience in a multitasking, multilingual and multicultural environment
• Focusing on the objectives and the required outcomes of the processes during delivering a service
• Working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group settings to achieve common goals
• Taking the responsibility and takes care of the consequences of making a decision
• Strong experience in managing senior level relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in bringing expertise and leading via dotted line the operational multitasks teams

Language skills:

• English on a fluent level is a must
