Our client is a prestigious multinational company with worldwide presence, for which we look for a Cash Collector – Cash application to their Budapest- based business services center.

What you’ll be doing:

As Cash Collector, you will be in charge of:

• Ensure the full application of company’s credit policy through the usage of systems
• Guarantee, according to the company’s policies, the fulfilment of cash in targets on monthly and
quarterly basis, co−operating with sales people and department claim to remove all potential issues
• Ensure all requests are handled within required service standard
• Identify cash application opportunities after investigating unapplied / unidentified payment receipts
• Support the Governance of Cash Collection and take part in team’s projects.
• Actively involved in Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and customers alike
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance, punctuality and appearance
• Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the role, and take responsibility
for own learning
• Think out of the box to deal with in−life process issues

• Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements is a must
• Focusing on the objectives and the required outcomes of the processes during delivering a service is a
• Working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group settings to achieve common goals is a
• The ability to convey information to someone effectively and efficiently while creating a good first
impression and engaging the audience is a must
• Ability to comprehend and to systematically organize the various aspects of a problem or situation is a

• Acting in advance of a future situation, e.g. making things happen, putting energy to solve the
situation is a must
• Good commercial & technical understanding, good numerical skills, able to analyse pricing responses
and identify anomalies is a must

• Attention to details and ability to meet tight deadlines, able to manage a demanding workload
effectively is a must

Professional skills:

• Advanced level of MS Excel is a must
• Bachelor degree or 2 + years relevant working experience in SSC/multinational environment is a must
• Relevant experience in multinational environment, preferably pricing/billing area is an advantage

Language skills:

• English on a fluent level is a must
• Any European language on a fluent level is an advantage
