Sales Commission Specialist (SZJ - 9453)
As Sales commission specialist, you will be in charge of:
– Responsible for the administration of the Bonus/Commission delivery process in line with agreed SLA’s and auditable standards.
– Responsible for the collection and collation of accurate data, proactively working with business partners to identify and resolve data weakness
– Responsible for calculating accurate Bonus/Commission payments and ensuring payment data is delivered on time
– Handling and resolving commission queries, analysing the root cause of queries, and recommending solutions to reduce the number of ongoing queries.
– Performing data quality checks on the Bonus/commission payments, and proactively resolving any issues.
– Ensuring all work is carried out to auditable standards

– Working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group settings to achieve common goals
– The ability to convey information to someone effectively and efficiently while creating a good first impression and engaging the audience
– Ability to comprehend and to systematically organize the various aspects of a problem or situation
– Taking the responsibility and takes care of the consequences of making a decision
– Acting in advance of a future situation, e.g. making things happen, putting energy to solve the situation
– Advanced MS Excel knowledge
– Experience in reporting/controlling or sales calculation process is an advantage
– MS Excel VBA knowledge is an advantage
– English on a fluent level is a must
