Service Desk Operation Manager (HE - 9450)

Team Supervision and Performance Management.
Staff Training, Providing feedback on Monitored alerts and tickets
Coaching and Mentoring Support Professionals
Resolve escalated customer complaints.
Ensure training needs of subordinates and peers are met.
Communicate all process and client changes to direct reports within specific timeliness.
Being the Duty Manager to co-ordinate manned levels.
Modify Operations as needed to meet service level agreements.
Provide Subject Matter Expertise.
Monitor, identify and resolve performance/behavior/attendance issues.

What you need to have:
Have fluent English language skill, any other European language knowledge is an advantage.
Have 5-10 years of relevant experience in leading business service desk team.
Have bachelor’s/master’s degree.
Have excellent communication skills.
Have flexible, open-minded personality and a “can-do” attitude.
