Who we look for:

Our Partner is looking for talented, passionate, and resourceful Office 365 and EMS engineers to join our ranks. Candidates will work as part of an established but growing team that is focused on driving global adoption and support Microsoft and other productivity platforms. The lucky individuals will be involved with providing L3 support, development and deployment of emerging messaging and collaboration platforms, advanced troubleshooting, and management of the Company’s next gen Digital Workplace. How you will fulfill your potential

• Work actively with technology teams and product owners to analyze and resolve issues
• Identify defects, discrepancies, and trends by ways of troubleshooting
• Manage incidents and effectively communicate with command center, application owners and senior stakeholders across all areas
• Improve users’ experience and adoption by observing patterns, recurring failures and/or issues, and advise on training and improvement opportunities
• Identify processes that can be automated and work with Engineering team in automating them
• Challenge existing setup, processing and suggest different ways to solve problem or improve stability
• Actively participate in Change management process with view to manage risk in production environment
• Build and improve run books for generalists to minimize operational errors and gain fungibility/efficiency
• Develop reports that provide trending statistics to track and manage experience, adoption, and support service performance

Skills and experience we are looking for

• In-depth understanding of Microsoft Client OS and Office 365 Suite
• Proven expertise with implementing and supporting Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, InTune.
• Sound knowledge and extensive experience with setting and managing O365 tenant and applications
• 3 to 5+ years of demonstrated experience in Office 365 administration
• Good understanding on ITIL services management framework & methodology (Incident, Change, CMDB/CMS, SLA, Availability, Capacity)
• Proven ability to write structured technical & process document
• Experience on Product or Project Management is great advantage

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in the Healthcare Service or related industries
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 5+ years of demonstrated experience in Office 365 support and administration
• Understanding of Microsoft Azure is a plus
• Good written and spoken English. Additional European language is a great advantage
