What you will be doing:
• Managing the financial and operational performance of a medium-size company enterprise customer contract
• Acting as the key commercial contact between the customers, our company sales and service operations
• End-to-end ownership regarding Profit & Loss Management, Revenue forecast, pricing commercial approval, and contractual obligations, and risk and opportunities management.
• Managing any commercial matters that may impact the contract margin or customer satisfaction including pricing, ordering and billing aspects
• Being driven by financial and business growth goals and objectives

Soft skills:
• Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements is a must
• Focusing on the objectives and the required outcomes of the processes during delivering a service is a must
• Working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group settings to achieve common goals is a must
• The ability to convey information to someone effectively and efficiently while creating a good first impression and engaging the audience is a must
• Ability to comprehend and to systematically organize the various aspects of a problem or situation is a must
• Taking the responsibility and takes care of the consequences of making a decision is a must
• Acting in advance of a future situation, e.g. making things happen, putting energy to solve the situation is a must
• Independent work and responsibility for self-managed performance is a must
• Excellent in presentation to customer and senior management is a must
• Good sense of negotiation and win-win approach is a must

Professional skills:
• Interest or experience in finance fields is an advantage
• Contract and business management experience in multinational environment is an advantage
• Excellent commercial understanding and problem solving skills with a can do attitude in a changing environment. is a must
• Very good knowledge of MS Office Applications (including intermediate excel) and agile with complex business processes is a must
• Minimum bachelor degree and 2+ years relevant working experience in B2B customer and business management field is a must

Language skills:
• English on a fluent level is a must
• German on a fluent level is a must
• Any European language on a fluent level is an advantage
