Insurance Analyst (SZJ-7760)
– Understand concepts and calculations connected to insurance
– Check and analyze results and prepare reports according to international accounting standards
– Explain results of the calculations to internal and external parties
– Participate or take the lead in international projects
– Build relationships with offices across Europe
– Actively participate in knowledge sharing, training and mentoring of junior team members
– Co-ordinate and monitor the work of more junior colleagues, allocate work within a smaller team

Requirements:
– Degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Finance, Economics or any other relevant field
– Previous experience (1-4 years) in analysis (preferably at an insurance company or at an actuarial consulting firm)
– Confidence in English is a must, German is an advantage
– Outstanding analytical skills, accuracy and excellent computer literacy
– A good command of Microsoft Excel – VBA skills are an asset, but not a requirement
– Eagerness to develop people
– Willingness to take responsibility for various projects independently
– Pro-activity and innovative thinking, willingness to drive and implement new ideas
