Reporting Team Leader (TN-8975)
Deliver with team, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting cycles, providing timely, accurate & complete reports to managers.
Design & implement reporting packs to aid decision making and provide business insight
Compile monthly KPI reporting for visual presentation and review meetings.
Take initiation to challenge organisation on improvement opportunities in operational areas via data insights & reporting opportunities.
Seek to develop reporting insights via content developments & effective presentation of data
Provide ad-hoc reporting support
Ensure team members are adequately trained, encourage development of skills, ensure backup structure is in place.
Set SMART operational objectives for team and give adequate guidance and supervision. Create an environment that encourages excellence; recognize and reward initiative, imagination, and work well done.
Conduct performance reviews
Setting out job related targets
Plan and distribute workload appropriately to ensure that business needs and deadlines are met.
We are looking for you if…
2+ experience in an international environment of which at least 1 years people management
have a strong and confident attitude with experience managing virtual teams
Ability to manage escalations on behalf of the team
Priority management, influencing, analytical thinking, facilitation, presentation, interpersonal ability
Excellent administrative skills and ability to analyse data and produce reports
Business focused oral and written communication skills
Excellent communication, coaching skills
Fluency in English
