What you’ll be doing:

• Resolve IT issues for our multinational customers remotely from Budapest together with the company’s other colleagues from around the world
• After contacting via email, phone, chat or a self-service portal, support the colleagues in Dutch and English language either by resolving the issue on the spot or by coordinating with other technician teams (Level 2) to find the resolution
• Administration and translation of the incoming requests
• Providing information to both customers and IT teams
• Follow up on unresolved cases to make sure that the team’s targets are met
• Being the single point of contact for the customer the most important responsibility is to achieve their satisfaction

What you need to have:

• Dutch and English knowledge that you can use on a daily basis
• Feel enthusiastic about answering questions and providing support to international partners
• Customer Service / Service Desk / IT support experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of computer hardware/peripherals and printers is a benefit
• Any previous experience or studies related to Windows operating system, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook and other standard software is advantageous
