To define strategy for HR Deployment, deploy process improvements and guide the team towards target achievements. Ensure fair and transparent compensation systems across the organization by implementing the processes defined by CoE. Ensure legal compliance across the organization. Drive employee engagement and employee satisfaction. Orchestrate the change management strategy and plans against the organization’s employee engagement initiative, as well as will provide advice and counsel to related stakeholders. Manage the HRD team.

Area of responsibilities/Tasks
Strategy Creation and Business Partnership

• Create the long term strategy of the HRD team including budget planning. Based on the long term strategy create the annual action plans, targets and budget calculation.
• Drive implementation of HR Strategy and processes in order to help HGDC to meet business objectives
• Talent Management
• Implement the Performance Management Process (SPEED) and Talent Management Processes across the units.
• Implement a transparent promotion process which is in line with the company Global Guidelines and also takes into consideration the HGDC requirements. Train the HRD Team for this process and ensures a smooth implementation of it through the HRD Team.

Compensation and Benefits, Rewards & Recognition

• Through the Business Partners implements the Compensation strategy of HGDC in cooperation with and based on the guidelines of CoE team.
• Legal Compliance
• Provides coaching for HRD in employment contract termination and other labor law related cases
• Ensures that the HRD team has the necessary competence, knowledge to be able to provide the legal related questions of the Business

Employee Experience and Engagement

• Work closely with the Employee Engagement Specialist to define and implement strategic initiatives which increases employee and leadership engagement.
• Based on the input of the HRD Team members, prepares GDC wise attrition analysis and recommend actions to decrease attrition
• Coordinate the company Grievance process, ensures that all grievances are closed by HRD members
• within 30 days, coaches HRD team members based on need
• Drive the implementation of the employee experience strategy of the organization
• Work with leaders and HR Business Partners to develop strategies and demonstrable links between experience and their strategic goals, and design and apply best practices in the concepts and approaches
• Leadership Development
• Develop the strategy and give support to senior management in driving the implementation of a change-capable and engaged leadership culture for supporting the employee engagement and other organizational development change initiatives
• Provide coaching and support for leaders throughout the whole culture change process to ensure success of the development and change initiatives
• Develop and drive other platforms and tools that support the implementation of the desired leadership culture

Process Improvement

• Monitor team processes for optimizing results.
• Cooperate closely with CoE team and translate business needs related to HR processes
• General Management and Leadership responsibilities
• Leading the HRD Team
• Coaches the team members based on need and ensures that they are having deepest possible knowledge about their own responsibility area
• Runs the performance management process for the HRD Team members
• Behaves as role model for the team and represents company values through actions
• Prepares HRD strategies and annual budget calculations for the HRD Team
• Other tasks, responsibilities
• Participating in meetings and trainings, including external conferences as well and implement learnt best practices
• Participating in and providing information, data for audits when needed
• Run communication and information sharing sessions in the above mentioned topic based on need for the relevant audience (e.g. managers, all employees etc.)
• Other tasks that are related to the HR Deployment Head position and are assigned by the Head of HR of the company
• Back up HRD colleagues and Head of HR based on the HR team’s back up plan

Objective requirements related to the job
Required:

• College or university degree
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Min. 3 years previous experience in HR Business Partner or equivalent role
• Solid understanding of Compensation practices
• Solid understanding of Hungarian Labor Code
• Fluent oral and written English
