We’re looking for an AR/CM Finance Analyst (audit & project support) for our international partner company.

What you’ll be doing:

As AR/CM Finance Analyst – audit & project support, you will be in charge of:

• Support the whole AR/CM team (16 members) to deliver successful month / quarter / year end closing and to ensure that all Accounts Receivables/Cash Management/Billing control activities are performed and comply with the policy/regulatory requirements
• Will create and maintain standard best practises, support changes, participate/lead efficiency projects and actively support the audits.
• Performing Balance Sheet reconciliations on monthly basis, Monitoring, auctioning of Balance Sheet open items, escalating if necessary, Managing daily and month-end closing activities, Ad Hoc activities (Audit, Internal and Customer Request Resolution)
• Actively support accuracy and audits (SOX, Statutory, Group), Ensure manuals/documentations are up to date, Obtain deep knowledge about relevant global accounting processes, Owns projects, etc.

• The ability to:
– meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements
– convey information to someone effectively and efficiently while creating a good first impression and engaging the audience
– comprehend and to systematically organize the various aspects of a problem or situation

Professional skills

• Economist degree with strong accounting knowledge
• Min. 2-3 year relevant experience in Accounting field
• excellent knowledge of MS Excel and MS Access (Pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUP, SQL etc.) is an advantage
• Project management skills is an advantage
• Oracle AR and Cash Management modules knowledge are advantage

Language skills:

• English on a fluent level
• French on a conversational level is an advantage
• German on a conversational level is an advantage
• Italian on a conversational level is an advantage
