For our multinational client who provides various IT services, we are looking for new candidates to a Inside Sales Account Manager position.

What you’ll be doing:

As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will be in charge of:

– Building long term relationships with Customer and with the Internal Teams
– Creating the client landscape and understanding the customer needs
– Generating leads / new business opportunities using Inside Sales defined capabilities
– Protecting existing revenues with resigning or upgrading existing contracts
– Administrating and forecasting business opportunities in Salesforce
– Selling the company’s portfolio using Inside Sales defined capabilities according to account strategy: including cross-sell and up-sell
– Targeting the customers with occasional sales campaigns, delivering campaign targets
– Acting as a SPOC for customers within our company together with Internal Teams

What you need to have:

Soft skills:

– Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements
– Focusing on the objectives and the required outcomes of the processes during delivering a service
– Working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group settings to achieve common goals
– The ability to convey information to someone effectively and efficiently while creating a good first impression and engaging the audience
– Ability to comprehend and to systematically organize the various aspects of a problem or situation
– Taking the responsibility and takes care of the consequences of making a decision
– Acting in advance of a future situation, e.g. making things happen, putting energy to solve the situation

Professional skills:

– Degree level or equivalent job experience
– Ability to work independently and taking ownership of sales projects
curious, open mind, flexible, proactive and team player
– Previous experience in customer facing roles is an advantage
– Previous experience in customer facing roles. Enthusiasm about technology and telecommunication is an advantage

Language skills:

– English on a conversational level is a must
– French on a conversational level is an advantage
