What you’ll be doing:

As Technical support specialist – AR/CM team , you will be in charge of:

– We are looking for a candidate for a team supporting role into Accounts Receivable/Cash Management team with the ability to work under pressure, keeping the deadlines, problem solving skills.
– The ideal candidates are team players, with strong technical and analytical skills – programmer background, excellent knowledge of MS Excel and MS Access (Pivot tables, macros, SQL etc.),
– „Can do” attitude, project management skills with minimum 1-2 year relevant experience in Accounts Receivable, having outstanding communication skills, high quality of written and spoken English.
– Oracle AR and Cash Management modules knowledge are advantage. Perform all AR/CM activities for the in-country deadlines:
– Using Oracle Cash management module to book cash-in on a daily basis; Apply cash based on request; Using Oracle AR module to handle the billing interface import; Reconcile billing information with Oracle
– Manage special payment method (factoring, direct debit, credit cards); o Participate in Month-end closing activities including reconciliations; o Handle incoming requests, issue resolution;
– Manage audit materials, reporting; Provide technical support for accounting related operation (e.g. convert the different mass data into the required format);
– Manage GFP customization (billing related setup, activity creation… etc.); Support accounts receivable/cash management related projects; Communication with different supporting/technical teams)

Soft skills:

– Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements is an advantage
– Focusing on the objectives and the required outcomes of the processes during delivering a service
– Ability to comprehend and to systematically organize the various aspects of a problem or situation
– Taking the responsibility and takes care of the consequences of making a decision
– Acting in advance of a future situation, e.g. making things happen, putting energy to solve the situation
– Programmer background

Professional skills:

– Business informatics degree is an advantage
– Oracle Database knowledge is an advantage
– excellent knowledge of MS Excel and MS Access (Pivot tables, macros, SQL etc.)
– Project management skills is an advantage
– Min. 1-2 year relevant experience in Accounting field is an advantage

Language skills:

– English on a fluent level
– French on a conversational level is an advantage
– German on a conversational level is an advantage
– Italian on a conversational level is an advantage
