Our multinational partner is looking for experienced Candidates for the following opened position: Systems Administrator and Analyst

Key Accountabilities:

– Managing, configuring, and supporting Sales Enablement platforms, by managing user accounts, content libraries, and all system settings
– Maintaining governance of site and content through naming conventions, tagging policies, and archiving automation
– Tracking the sales effectiveness of the Sales Enablement Technology platforms and tools via monthly reports and analysis developed in collaboration with stakeholders (Sales Directors, Sales Enablement teams, Product Marketers)
– Troubleshooting system issues as they arise by working with others in Sales Enablement Technology, IT, Product Marketing, and outside vendors
– Managing the integration of Sales Enablement Technology tools into other platforms such as SFDC to increase sales effectiveness. Organizing projects that include the proper implementation and training of all stakeholders in the integration of tools
– Building and maintaining relationships with internal teams to ensure our Sales Enablement Technology capabilities continue to align to their business requirements
– Working with the Sales Enablement Technology team to provide knowledge and expertise for developing new governance guidelines and overall site efficiency when expanding our platforms into Western Europe and other regions
– Liaising with internal stakeholders and outside vendors to ensure optimal effectiveness of Sales Enablement platforms and tools
– Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of all products of company and services and their corresponding value proposition

Knowledge/Skills/Experience:

– Must have strong English language skills, with other languages desirable (French, German, Spanish)
– Strong communication skills, including experience of working with content stakeholders (i.e., Product Marketers, Sales trainers, Sales Operations teams)
– Must have experience in developing / managing content repository systems
– Must have excellent organizational skills, analytical skills, and attention to detail
– Must be able to demonstrate high proficiency in the use of software packages, including MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
– Must be able to demonstrate experience and knowledge in web-based user interface design and HTML coding
– Confidence to navigate a large matrix of products and services and organizational teams
