What you’ll be doing:

• Perform the Bank booking (incoming and outgoing) work connected to nominated country(s) and report it to Closing and Reporting Manager
• Bank reconciliations and area related Sub ledger cross check
• Active participation in Migration and report to Closing and Reporting Manager to ensure completeness and correctness of taken over tasks for Bank booking and/or outgoing payment (manual, automatic)
• Handle incoming/outgoing payment matching
• Handle customer reminder “Dunning” process
• Flexibility in traveling during and after migration
• Report Bank booking/Outgoing payment process status of the nominated country(s) to the related Closing and Reporting Manager
• Active participation in standardization and optimization of the processes
• User of ERP system (SAP) and Bank system in the nominated country(s)
• Match bank statements for incoming/outgoing payment to sub ledger, research and solve discrepancies
• Close co-operation with Local Credit Management team and AP Team in the nominated country(s)
• Assist in month-end closing
• Prepare process documentation for Treasury/Outgoing Payment processes for the nominated country(s). Ensure that the documents are up-to-date
• Any ad hoc requests based upon need

What you need to have:

• 0-2 years of Treasury/Outgoing Payment experience
• High school diploma required, college courses in accounting preferred
• Must have strong work ethics
• Must be well organized and a self-starter
• Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable
• Proficient in Excel and Word
• Experience with SAP FI/CO
• Multinational environment experience is preferable
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong problem solving skills, basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner
• Strong Intermediate level of English in spoken and written language
• Strong Intermediate level of German in spoken and written language (only who works for Germany or Switzerland)
